When no actuator control signal is supplied from the ECM,
communication signal does not reatch ECM or operation volt-
age does not reach STVA motor, C28 is indicated. S'PJA can
not operate.

(0.1 0 V 5 sensor voltage 4.90 V)
Without the above range, C29 is indicated.
Secondary throttle position sensor, wiringlcoupler connection
Gear position signal voltage should be higher than the following
for more than 2 seconds.

Without the above value, C31 is indicated.

Crankshaft position sensor signal is produced and ECM deter-
mines the injection signal but fuel injection signal is intempted
