How to troubleshoot a Svan SVL641 Washer that won't start?

If your Svan Washer doesn't start, first ensure it's properly plugged in. Check the fuses and the mains power supply. Make sure you've pressed the Start/Pause button and that the program dial isn't in the 'stop' position. Finally, confirm that the machine door is completely closed.
