Problem Possible solution
The washing machine does not
switch on
• Make sure the power plug is inserted.
• Make sure there is power in the socket.
• Make sure the ON-OFF button is on and that the
program knob is in position 1 Cotton.
• Make sure the door is properly closed.
The machine does not take water
and/or does not spin
• Reopen the door and close it again with a slight
momentum
The machine does not drain and it
does not spin
• Make sure the drain pump lter is not clogged.
• Make sure the drain hose is not choked and that
the inside diameter of the drain duct is wider than
the outside diameter of the washing machine drain
hose.
The door does not open
• Make sure the Red LED is off.
• Press on the door on the side of the closure or give
it a light stroke and at the same time try to open it.
There is water on the oor
• Make sure the inlet and drain hoses are intact and
that they do not lose water.
• The detergent may not be suitable or be in
excessive quantity (Exit the drawer).
• Reduce the amount of detergent.
The machine continuously take in
water even when it is off
• Reduce the pressure of water supply or pumping
unit.
• Close the tap after washing.
