② Bad trimmer motor

■ Adjust the tension of the
upper and lower thread
■ Replace the presser foot
pressure spring
■ Replace the needle
■ Use the needle of
appropriate standards
■ Check the fuse
condition on the joint board
■ Check the terminal for
trimmer motor connection
and replace the motor
■ Check the status of the
connector connection
■ After removing the cause of
trouble to the trimmer
system, press the reset key
to change the color of the
indicator light to be green
■ The hole on the
needle plate of SWF/
Series is 2.0mm.
The appropriate
thread and needle for
the SunStar needle
plate are as below:
■ Check the rated
voltage on the fuse
of the joint board
1) For 3-phase:
: 250V 10A
2) For 1-phase
: 250V 10A
