What to do if my Sylvania TV DVD Combo remote control is not working?

  If your Sylvania TV DVD Combo isn't responding to the remote, first ensure the power plug is securely connected to an AC outlet. Then, check the batteries in the remote and make sure they are not depleted. Aim the remote directly at the remote sensor, removing any obstructions. Be sure you are within 23 feet of the unit. Finally, verify that the correct mode is selected by pressing the [SELECT] button.
