If your Symphonic TV VCR Combo isn't responding to the remote, try the following: * Ensure the power plug is correctly connected to the AC outlet. * Check and replace the batteries in the remote control. * Make sure you are aiming the remote directly at the remote sensor. * Remove any obstacles that might be blocking the signal between the remote and the sensor. * Be sure you are within 23 feet of the TV/DVD/VCR. * Verify that the correct mode is selected by pressing the SELECT button on the remote control.
