Summary

How to Install and Operate

Unpacking and Placement

Take the cooler out from carton, remove all protective covers. Place the cooler in front of an open window or install in a window for effective cooling.

Water Filling and Float Valve

Disconnect power cord, pour water by lifting lid or through front/spout. Add ice cubes for faster cooling. Use float valve for automatic filling.

Power Connection

Plug in to power source and switch on.

Pump and Airflow Control

Switch on pump with control knob in cool position, airflow control in OFF. Wait for pad to get wet.

Operation Controls

Set controls like Cool, Swing, Fan speed (High, Med, Low) as desired.

Airflow Control Adjustment

For maximum air and cooling, turn the air flow control to 'High'.

Louver Adjustment

Adjust horizontal louver manually as desired.

Enjoy Cooling

Sit back and enjoy.

Remote Control Operation

Power On;Off

Press the button to switch Power On and Off. Power icon will appear on LCD.

Timer Functions

Set ON or OFF timer for the cooler in intervals of 30 minutes up to 12 hours.

Cooling Pump Control

Press button to switch the pump ON/OFF. Cool icon appears on LCD. Pump requires sufficient water.

Fan Speed Adjustment

Increase or decrease fan speed from level 1 to 8 using +/- buttons.

Swing Function

Press button to switch the swing function on or off. Swing icon will glow when active.

Auto Function

Speed varies randomly to simulate natural breeze.

Ionizer Function

Switch the Ionizer function ON and OFF (available in selected models).

Moving the Cooler

This cooler must be moved only by properly holding the handle (given on top).

System Restore Function

Last setting is memorized for all the functions.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting

Pre-Maintenance Safety

Disconnect the power cord before servicing or maintenance to avoid hazard.

Servicing Precautions

Do not make loose wiring or use inferior material to avoid fire hazard during servicing.

Electric Shock Warning

Stop device and contact authorized provider if electric shock is found on cooler.

Cover Opening Safety

Disconnect power supply before opening any cover to avoid injury from rotating parts or electric shock.

Tank Cleaning and Draining

Remove drain plug from bottom to drain residual water for hygiene. Push plug back after draining.

Cooling Pad Cleaning

Unplug cooler and clean cooling pad with water from outside at least once a year.

Unauthorized Access

Under no circumstances should the customer open the cooler.

In case of difficulties, please contact Symphony authorized service provider.

Troubleshooting Less Cooling

Check if pump is OFF or humidity control is OFF. Switch ON the pump or humidity control.

Troubleshooting Water Leakage

Ensure drain plug is positioned properly and grill lock is engaged. Relock the grill.

Troubleshooting Fan Not Working

Check airflow switch, cooling pad condition, and socket contact. Switch ON fan or check wiring.

Troubleshooting Shock on Cooler

Check for device malfunction or loose socket contact. Call the nearest service provider.

Damaged Cord and Plug

Do not operate with a damaged cord/plug. Replace by manufacturer or qualified person.

Electrical Safety

Connect only to an outlet with a ground fault circuit interrupting device (ELCB) to avoid electric shock.

Child and Incapacitated User Safety

Not for use by children or persons with reduced capabilities, unless supervised or instructed.

Child Play Warning

Children must not be allowed to play with the cooler.
