Replace the main board ( Diagram-M M3)
Unzip the backrest pad(Figure A) ,check
the connector (Figure B),
Does the connector of the heater surely
connected?
Replace heater ()

No
Are the both sides heater abnormal?
Replace the main board ( Diagram-
M M3)
No
