TROUBLESHOOTING
If problems should occur, please check the items below before calling your service
representative.

1. Fan(s) do not start
a) Check that all fuses and plugs are connected (mains supply and fan plugs).
b) Check that main switch is in position "1".

2. Reduced airflow
a) Change filters.
b) Clean diffusers/louvres and check diffuser/louvre openings.
c) Clean fans/exchanger block.
d) Check that roof unit and grill for fresh air intake are not clogged.
e) Check duct runs for damage. Also check inside duct runs for dust and grease
settlements.

3. Cold supply air
a) Change extract filter
b) The exchanger block is clogged with ice. Does the defrost damper close during
defrosting? If this happens again, call your service representative.
c) Is summer block installed in the unit?

4. Noise/ vibrations
a) Clean fan impellers.
b) Check that screws holding the fans are tightened.

5. Water leakage
a) Check that drainage pipe is not plugged.
b) Check drainage pipe grade towards drain, that water lock is provided and that it is
insulated if installed in a cold room.
