Paging, Receiving: Auto-Answer #133
This feature provides you with the ability to define the way you can answer a
voice page call, either handsfree or manually (see page 128). Essentially this
feature is an intercom allowing persons to converse between stations. When set
to automatic, conversation takes place immediately. Manual operation requires
pressing the SPKR key before conversation can take place. When using the
FlexSet 120L, you must use the handset or headset when speaking.
To activate Voice Page Auto Answer:
1. Press [AUTO ANS VP] AUTO AN VP OFF
OFF
or
Dial Voice Page Auto Answer feature code #133 followed by activation
AUTO AN VP ON
ON
code .
2. Listen for the confirmation tone.
To cancel Voice Page Auto Answer:
1. Press the lit [AUTO ANS V.P.] AUTO AN VP ON
ON
or
Dial Voice Page Auto Answer feature code #133 followed by cancellation
code
. AUTO AN VP OFF
OFF
2. Listen for the confirmation tone.
Note: This feature automatically answers voice page calls only.
