Overview

The Dolphin Tracker is a Bluetooth Cloud Technology device designed to help users find their valuables. It functions as a smart tracker that connects to a smartphone app, offering various features for tracking, alerts, and even a remote selfie button.

Function Description:

The primary function of the Dolphin Tracker is to help users locate lost items. It achieves this through several mechanisms:

  • Two-Way Finding: Users can find their phone using the Dolphin Tracker, or find the Dolphin Tracker using their phone.
  • Separation Alarm: The device and phone will both sound an alarm if they move out of range from each other, preventing accidental loss.
  • Last Seen Location: The app records the last known location of the Dolphin Tracker on a map before disconnection, aiding in recovery.
  • Mark as Lost Network: If an item is lost, the Dolphin Tracker can broadcast a beacon signal. Other Dolphin Tracker users passing by can scan this signal, and its GPS location will be sent to the owner, leveraging a community-based finding network.
  • QR Code Tracking: A QR code on the Dolphin Tracker can be activated once connected. If the item is found, a finder can scan the QR code to display the owner's contact details, facilitating reunification.
  • Selfie Button: The button on the Dolphin Tracker can also function as a remote shutter for a phone's camera, allowing users to take pictures from a distance.
