6. Dispensethewarmedsake.
1) Fitthenozzle(sakeoutlet)intothemouthofyour
sakeserverbottle,lightlypushthebottleuntilthe
nozzleisstraightdown,andplacetheserverbottle
ontheserverbottleholder.(Fig.19)
Thedispensinglampflashesandthewarmedsake
beginstocomeout.
・Sakedispensingtimeisapproximately 14to19
secondsfor180mlofhotsake.

Whentheserverbottleisfilledwiththerequired
volume ofsake, thedispensingoperation stops
automaticallyandthedispensinglampgoesout.
2) Youcanpick uptheserverbottle in thereverse
procedure.Takeoutthebottle whilemakingits
postureslantwise.
3) Ifyouwanttodispensethewarmedsakemanually,
pressthe
“
manualdispensingswitch.
”
Whilethe
switchiskeptpressed,thesakecomesout.
・Thewarmed sake is dispensedevenwhen the
nozzleispositionedslant
wise.
7. Draintheremainingsakefromthedispenser
1) Turntheknobofthestopcocktotheleftandadjustitto
the
“
CLOSE
”
position.(Fig.20)
(Ifthisoperationisomitted,sakeintheCubiccontainerisalso
discharged.)
2) Turnonthepowerswitchandlightlypushthenozzle
untilitisstraightdownanddrainallthesakefromthe
mainbodythroughthenozzle.(Fig.19)
3) Lightlypush thenozzleuntilitisstraightdownandloosen
thejointpartbetweenthestopcockandthejointhose.
・After thesakehas beencompletelydrained,screwin
theloosejointparttorecoveritsformercondition.

If the sake warmerisnot used for more than 24
hours,draintheremainingsakefromthemain
bodywithoutfailandcleantheinnersakepassage.

Thedrainedsakeshouldbeusedforcookingandsoon.
