AeroPack What's Included

Orientate Arch and Fast Release Dropouts

Use Tailfin Logo for Arch Orientation

Orient the Arch using the Tailfin logo for correct pannier angle.

Position Dropout on Arch

Place dropout on Arch with sloped side facing outside.

Set Quick Release Pin Direction

Ensure quick release pin faces backwards on dropout.

Attach Fast Release Dropouts

Secure Dropouts to Arch

Attach dropouts to the Arch using countersunk screws and tighten to 5Nm.

Attach Connector Parts (i)

Install First Connector Piece

Install the first connector piece by pushing it into place.

Install Small Connector Piece

Install the small connector piece onto the Arch.

Rotate and Screw Connector Parts

Rotate both connector parts together and secure with M5*10mm screw to 5Nm.

Attach Connector Parts (ii)

Align Front Connector and Strap

Align the front connector part, ensuring the bag strap is seated beneath it.

Install Connector Part with Screws

Install the connector part using countersunk screws, tightening to 5Nm.

Connect Arch to Bag

Align and Attach Arch to Bag

Align the Arch correctly and attach to the bag with screws, tightening to 5Nm. Silver pins face up.

Attach AeroPack to Bike

Open Fast Release Dropouts

Open the fast-release dropouts on the bike.

Clamp Dropouts to Frame

Clamp the dropouts around the axle or frame mount adaptors.

Secure Seat Post Connector

Secure the seat post connector in place.

Final Check and Warning

Lock Seat Post Connector

Ensure seat post connector teeth are closed and the clamp is locked for safe riding.

Avoid Using Release Button

Do not use the release button for attachment; ensure clamp is locked before riding.

Optional: Install Anti-Theft Screws

Included Security Hardware

Security Torx key and screws are provided with Fast Release Dropouts.

Secure Dropouts with Screws

Install screws to secure the Fast Release Dropouts to the axle.

Optional: Bag Compression

Compress Bag for Size Reduction

Compress bag by opening Direct Access Pocket before rolling shut to reduce size. Close zip.

Optional: Stacking Straps

Secure Bag with Crossed Straps

Cross straps into an 'X' to secure the bag when travelling light.
