3.10 CTCSS Encoder
Program a CTCSS tone on the set channel using PGM800Win.
Key the T856/857 with the front panel "Carrier" switch.
Adjust RV805 (CTCSS level adjust) to give 10% system deviation.
Reset the maximum deviation as per Section 3.9.3.
