Why is my TaoTronics TT-AH038 Humidifier LED on but no mist coming out?

  If the LED indicator is on but your TaoTronics Humidifier isn't producing mist, it could be due to several reasons. First, check if the water tank is empty and refill it if necessary. Also, the mist level might be set too low, so adjust it to the maximum setting. Mineral buildup on the atomizer could also be the cause; check for airflow from the nozzle, and if present, clean the atomizer with a soft cloth. Finally, the base might be overfilled, so remove the tank, empty the base, and then replace the filled tank.

  If the TaoTronics Humidifier's mist height is low and causing condensation, it might be because the mist level is too high for the room size. Try adjusting to a lower mist setting, aiming for 40%-60% humidity, or open doors and windows for better ventilation, or move the humidifier to a larger room. Also, ensure the air inlet isn't blocked by placing the humidifier on a hard, flat surface, 2 feet above the floor, and 12 inches away from the wall, pointing the nozzle away from walls or windows. Low indoor temperature can also lead to liquefaction; try raising the room temperature to 25°C / 77°F.
