Your TaoTronics Humidifier tank might be leaking due to several reasons: * The tank may be damaged, so check for cracks and request a replacement if needed. * The tank cap might not be tightened securely; ensure it is properly tightened. * A rubber ring might be missing from the tank cap; check for it and contact support if it's missing. * The spring might be stuck; make sure the spring is secured properly to allow water to pass through to the base. * The mist level might be too high for the room size; adjust to a lower mist output or move to a larger room. * The air inlet might be blocked; place the humidifier on a hard, flat surface, 2 feet above the floor, and 12 inches away from the wall, pointing the mist outlet away from the wall or window.
