Remove the tank, empty the base, and then replace the filled tank. * There may be mineral buildup on the atomizer. Check if air is coming out of the nozzle, and if so, clean the water scale from the atomizer as instructed.

  If you're experiencing poor humidification with your TaoTronics Humidifier, here are a few things to consider: * The mist level may be too low for the size of the room. Adjust the mist to the maximum setting. You might also want to close doors and windows to reduce air ventilation, or move the humidifier to a smaller room. * The air inlet could be blocked. Ensure the humidifier is placed on a hard, flat surface, 2 feet above the floor, and 12 inches away from the wall. * The room temperature may be too low, leading to liquefaction. Try raising the room temperature to 25°C/77°F.
