What to do if my TaoTronics TT-AH045 Humidifier LED display is on but there is no mist?

  If your TaoTronics Humidifier's LED display is on but it's not producing mist or only producing a little, there are several potential causes: * The water tank may be low. Refill and reinstall the water tank. * The mist level might be set too low. Adjust it to the maximum setting. * The preset humidity could be too low. Check if the current humidity is higher than the preset humidity, and if so, reset the humidity to a higher level. * The base might be overfilled. Remove the tank, empty the base, and then replace the filled tank on the empty base. * There may be mineral buildup on the atomizer. Check if air comes out of the nozzle; if it does, clean the water scale on the atomizer as instructed.

  If you notice white dust appearing or black coating flaking off in the base of your TaoTronics Humidifier, it's likely due to excessive minerals in your tap water. Try using filtered or distilled water instead. Alternatively, you can use a TaoTronics Demineralization Cartridge.

Adjust it to the maximum setting. * To reduce air ventilation, close doors and windows, or move the humidifier to a smaller room. * The air inlet might be blocked. Ensure the humidifier is placed on a hard, flat surface, 2 feet above the floor, and 12 inches away from the wall. * Low indoor temperature can lead to liquefaction. Raise the room temperature to 25°C/77°F.

  If the mist height is low, damping the surrounding area, or condensation is forming around your TaoTronics Humidifier, consider these solutions: 1. Check if the room is too humid and adjust to a lower mist setting, ideally between 40% and 60%. 2. Ensure the air inlet is not blocked. Place the humidifier on a hard, flat surface, 2 feet above the floor, and 12 inches away from the wall. Point the Mist Outlet away from walls or windows. 3. Raise the room temperature to 25°C/77°F if low indoor temperature leads to liquefaction. 4. Open doors and windows, or move to a larger room.
