OPERATION
Before beginning:
•
Check Oil level in Center Gearbox
•
Check Oil Level in Drive Tube
•
Check Belt Tension
•
Rotor Bearings on both side
•
Check PTO length (See PTO Section)
CUTTING HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
The cutting height of the equipment depends on
the position of the rear Roller. Set both sides at the same
height.
To adjust the cutting height on the mowers loos-
en pivot bolt (do not remove) and reposition the bolts
holding the Roller to the desired height.
Adjusting Belt Tension
In the mowers it is necessary to adjust the belt tension as they stretch; the correct belts
tensioning ensures that the machine works
correctly.
To adjust the belts tension:
•
Remove the belt shielding.
•
Loosen (do not remove) the hardware hold-
ing the gearbox and tube support in place.
•
Tighten the belts by turning the nut on belt
adjustment plate and tube support.
•
Retighten the gearbox support and the tube support hardware.
