Thank you for your purchase of the Targus 4-Port Smart USB Hub. The
hub features a USB cable which wraps snugly around the hub to protect
the ports during transport. This hub allows you to connect up to 4 USB 2.0
devices such as mice, keyboards, printers and flash drives.

This hub is a plug and play device. It will automatically operate when the
USB cord is connected to the computer.
Connecting the Hub to Your Computer
NOTE: WHEN THERE IS DIGITAL COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE HUB AND THE CONNECTED
USB DEVICE, THE LED ON THE USB HUB FOR THAT PORT WILL LIGHT UP.
If any of the device connections are lost, press and hold the RESET
BUTTON for 2 seconds to reboot the hub. All device connections will then
be reconnected.
NOTE: IF THERE’S INSUFFICIENT POWER AFTER CONNECTING USB DEVICES TO THE 4 PORT
SMART HUB, YOU SHOULD PLUG IN THE AC ADAPTER, THIS WILL PROVIDE MORE POWER TO
THE DEVICES.
