Taylor 512 - Minimum;Maximum Mode Function; Using the Minimum Temperature Function; Using the Maximum Temperature Function

The thermometer can report minimum and maximum
temperature readings.
To use the Minimum temperature function:
1. Press “Read” button.
2. To activate Min Mode, press the “Mode” button once.
The “MIN” icon will flash. Press “Read” again to confirm
and select Minimum mode. The “MIN” icon stabilizes.
3. Press and hold down “Read” to constantly update the
display to the lowest temperature.
4. The unit will flash “oFF” approximately 15 seconds after
the releasing the “Read” button. The screen will then
return to the room temperature/clock display.
To use the Maximum temperature function:
1. Press “Read” button.
2. To activate Max Mode, press the “Mode” button twice.
The “MAX” icon will flash. Press “Read” again to confirm
and select Maximum mode. The “MAX” icon stabilizes.
3. Press and hold down “Read” to constantly update the
display to the highest temperature.
4. The unit will flash “oFF” approximately 15 seconds after
the releasing the “Read” button. The screen will then
return to the room temperature/clock display.
