You can use Quick Share even when you are completely offline. The
device location permission needs to be turned on for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi
to detect nearby devices.

Access wallpaper, style options, and shortcuts for your Home and Lock
screens.
Home settings
Set your preferred Home screen style and grid size. Customize how
App icon badges display notifications associated with the app. Enable or
disable Fill empty cells, that is, when apps are removed the empty cells
will be filled automatically. Enable Google feed to simply swipe right from
the Home screen to enjoy your news feed.
Lock screen settings
Customize how and which apps show notifications on the lock screen.
Set a lock screen message, which may help to identify your device.
Enable Wake screen for notifications for the lock screen to light when
notifications are received.
Non-lock screen charging animation
When enabled, a charging percentage animation will temporarily display
on the screen when the USB-C charger is first connected to the device.
Default home app
If other Launcher software is installed and available, you can change your
default home app here.
