  If you can't access the internet using your TCL Network Router, try the following: * If no SIM card is detected, power off your LINKZONE, reinstall the SIM card, and try again. * If a PIN code is required, enter the PIN code and try again. * If no network is available, place the LINKZONE in an area with a better signal, such as near a window, and try again. * Reboot your LINKZONE by pressing the power button for 10 seconds, and try again. * If the MAC filter function is enabled, ensure your device's MAC address isn't blocked in the MAC filter settings.

  If you see a "PIN lock" or "PUK lock" message on a device connected to your TCL Network Router, it means the SIM card is locked. To unlock it, log in to the web UI and enter the PIN or PUK code. Contact your internet service provider to get the PUK code. Be aware that entering the PIN incorrectly 3 times requires the PUK code, and entering the PUK code incorrectly 10 times permanently locks the SIM card.
