  • Door Alarm: If the refrigerator or freezer door is open for over 1 minute, a buzzer sounds. Pressing any key stops the alarm temporarily, but it will resume after 1 minute if the door remains open. Closing the door stops the alarm.
  • Freezer Compartment Temperature Reminder: If the freezer temperature exceeds -12°C, the corresponding temperature area lights up, and the digital area flashes. Press any key to display the current temperature; press again or wait 10 seconds to restore the normal display.
  • Display Protection Function: The display enters protection mode and locks automatically after 30 seconds of no key operation. Press any key to exit.
  • Food Storage:
    • Refrigerating Chamber (2°C-8°C): For short-term storage of items like milk, eggs, and bottled drinks. Vegetables, melons, and fruits should be placed in the fruit and vegetable box to prevent water loss. Cooked foods should be packaged in preservative bags before storage to prevent frosting and energy increase.
    • Freezing Chamber (-22°C-15°C): For long-term storage. Fish and meat should be cut into small pieces, packaged separately, and placed in the freezer drawer. Glass or sealed containers with liquid should not be stored in the freezer to avoid bursting. Fresh foods should not be stored with frozen foods. Avoid placing food close to the inside wall to prevent freezing together.
    • General Tips: Stored food should not block air duct outlets or return ports. Overheated food and water should be cooled to room temperature before storage.
  • Ice-making: Fill the ice-making box with 4/5 water and place it in the freezing chamber. Once frozen, twist the box slightly to separate the ice. Do not bend the box. Wrap the box with a dry cloth when separating ice to avoid frostbite.
  • Accessory Disassembly/Assembly:
    • Glass Shelf: Adjustable height. Pull outwardly and upwardly to remove.
    • Fruit and Vegetable Box: Pull outwardly to remove.
    • Freezer Drawer: Pull outwardly and lift upwardly to remove. It is recommended to cut large pieces of meat into smaller pieces before freezing to avoid difficult cutting. Distribute quick-freezing foods uniformly.
    • Bottle Pedestal: Lift up slightly to remove. Do not pull forcibly to avoid damage.

Maintenance Features:

  • Frequency: It is recommended to maintain the refrigerator once per month.
  • Safety First: Always unplug the power plug before cleaning to prevent electric shock.
  • Cleaning: Use a wet cloth and neutral detergent (cleanser essence) to wipe off oil contamination and dirt. Then, thoroughly wipe off the detergent.
  • Prohibited Cleaners: Do not use alkaline detergent, soap powder, gasoline, alcohol, talcum powder, etc., as these can damage the coatings or plastics.
  • External Cleaning: Regularly clean the refrigerator body and clear ground dusts to keep the appliance clean.
  • Post-Maintenance Inspections:
    1. Check for damages to the power line and plug.
    2. Check for dusts on the power plug.
    3. Check for abnormal heat on the plug.
    4. Check if the socket is loose.
    5. Check if the plug is fully inserted.
  • Power Line/Plug Damage: If the power line or plug is damaged or dusty, electric shock or fire may occur.
  • Re-plugging: After unplugging, wait 5 minutes before re-plugging.
  • Safety Precaution: Do not put hands under the refrigerator to avoid injury.

Non-Failure Phenomena (Normal Operation):

  • Fever/Heat on Sides and Spacing Part: Refrigerator pipes (condenser, anti-fog pipes) are on the sides and front for heat dissipation and to prevent condensation.
  • Tight/Hard-to-Open Door: Reopening the door immediately after closing can be difficult due to hot air entering and contracting, creating a pressure difference. It becomes easier to open after a while.
  • Water Ripple Sound: The refrigerant makes this sound when the compressor starts or stops. Water produced after defrosting also makes this sound.
  • "Click" or "Tick" Sound: Shrinkage and swelling of the case can cause this sound, especially when the case is cold or the door is opened.
  • Hum Sound: The running compressor makes this sound. It can be louder if the refrigerator is not leveled.
  • Condensation or Frosting on Freezer Door/Food Surface: Occurs if ambient temperature/humidity is high, the door is opened for too long, or foods with too much water are not sealed or tightly wrapped.
  • Condensation on Built-in Light Surface: The light produces heat, and if the door is open for too long, temperature differences can cause condensation on the light case.
  • Condensation and Water Mist on Body: Occurs if ambient humidity is high, causing moisture in the air to gather on the case.

Troubleshooting (Failures and Remedies):

  • Refrigerator Not Working / Poor Refrigeration:
    • Causes: Power supply connection, exposure to direct sunlight or heat source, insufficient heat dissipation space.
    • Remedies: Connect power supply, move to a place without direct sunlight/heat, ensure sufficient space around the refrigerator.
  • Foods in Refrigerating Chamber Frozen:
    • Causes: Setting temperature too low, foods with too much water too close to the rear wall.
    • Remedies: Increase temperature, move watery foods to the door side of the glass shelf.
  • Abnormal Sound:
    • Causes: Unstable refrigerator bottom, refrigerator too close to the wall, refrigerator touching other objects.
    • Remedies: Adjust bottom adjusting leg to stabilize, ensure sufficient space around, remove obstacles.
  • Abnormal Odor:
    • Causes: Foods not sealed, refrigerator not clean, foods stored for too long.
    • Remedies: Seal foods, regularly clean, do not store foods for too long.
