What to do if TCL TV picture is too small?

If the picture on your TCL TV appears too small with black bars on the sides, try pressing the asterisk (*) button while playing your movie or video. For optimal connection, use an HDMI cable. Also, verify that the cable connections to both the TV and your external device are securely fastened.
