A CAUTION
A loose hub nut can be dangerous: the wheel may come
off the truck, causing the truck to tip over.
Check that the hub nuts (A) are not loose. All nuts should be
tightened with the specified torque.

The Order of Tightening Double Nuts
On the hub nuts for the double nuts, fix the inside tire’s rims with
the inner nuts (inside, square head) and then fix the outside tire’s
tims with the outer nuts (outside, hexagonal heads). Tighten the
square-headed inner nuts diagonally to the specified torque and
then tighten the hex-headed outer nuts to the same torque.
PREOPERATIONAL CHECKS
A CAUTION
Do not use tires with loose two-piece rim connecting bolts
The rear tires use two-piece rims which are composed of inner
and outer rims connected with bolts (B). Make sure to check
the rear tires for loose bolts of the two-piece rims before starting
the truck. Do not operate the truck with loose rim bolts.
If any loose rim bolt is found, remove the core from the air
valve (C) and deflate the tire completely and remove the
tire from the truck body.
A special tool is required for loosening or tightening the
bolts of two-piece rims.
In addition, retightening of the connecting bolts, the
disassembly and reassembly of the tires and rims, and the
inflating of the tires are dangerous. Leave such a work to a
specialist.
