Cette garantie s’applique à partir de la date d’installation (avec une
preuve d’installation fournie par le détaillant) valable pour les
thermopompes neuves seulement (secteur résidentiel seulement).
La thermopompe doit être installée selon les spécifications du
manufacturier et doit fonctionner selon l’usage normal recommandé par
le manufacturier.
Pendant la garantie TDM INTERNATIONAL accepte de réparer ou de
remplacer à son choix, toute pièce jugée défectueuse par un technicien
ou un représentant agréé par TDM INTERNATIONAL à condition
que celles-ci aient été utilisées dans des conditions appropriées; les
pièces de remplacement doivent être des pièces d’origine ou encore des
pièces approuvées par TDM INTERNATIONAL et ce, pour toutes les
thermopompes de piscines fabriquées par TDM INTERNATIONAL
pour la durée de la garantie.

the operation of the heat pump. This warranty becomes effective from
the date of installation (with a proof of installation provided by the
dealer) and is valid only for new heat pumps. (residential sector only)
The heat pump must be installed according to manufacturer
specifications and must be operated under the conditions of normal use
recommended by the manufacturer.
During the life of the warranty TDM INTERNATIONAL agrees to
repair or replace at its own discretion any parts deemed defective by the
technician or authorized representative of TDM INTERNATIONAL,
insofar as they have been used under appropriate conditions; any and all
replacement parts must be original parts or approved by TDM
INTERNATIONAL for all swimming pool heat pumps manufactured
by TDM INTERNATIONAL.

L’utilisation de pièces non conformes annule la présente
garantie. La garantie s’applique pourvu que la
thermopompe de piscine soit toujours installée à
l’adresse originale de l’acheteur original.
The use of unauthorized parts voids this warranty. The
warranty is valid only as long as the pool heat pump is
installed at the original address of the original
purchaser.
A moins d’une convention écrite à l’effet contraire, les travaux de
réparations et de remplacement de pièces défectueuses effectuées par un
technicien agrée sont garanties pour une période n’excédant pas
l’entente du terme initial de la présente garantie.
Une thermopompe est beaucoup plus compliquée qu’un simple appareil
ménager et le service par un « bricoleur » est fortement déconseillé.
Veuillez faire exécuter le service par un frigoriste reconnu.
Excepting written agreement to the contrary, all repairs or replacements
of defective parts by a qualified technician are guaranteed for the period
not exceeding the initial term of this agreement.
Heat pumps are much more sophisticated than simple household
appliances and servicing by a “handyman” is not recommended. Have
any servicing carried out by a recognized refrigeration technician.

Evidence of servicing or repairs carried out by a
person other than a technician authorized by TDM
will result in the cancellation of this warranty.
