Trouble Shooting
TYPE OF DEFECT CAUSE SOLUTION
No steam comes out from
the nozzle.
-Water line or the nozzle
is blocked.
-Blocked heating tube.
-Use pure distilled water
as the water supply. Use a
needle to unclog the
nozzle.
-Replace the boiler. Use
pure distilled water as the
water supply.
The outlet steam pressure
is unstable.
- Insufficient water
supply.
-With leakage in water
line or in the seal and
connections , air is in.
- The nozzle is worn.
-The input voltage is
unstable.
-Ensure adequate water
supply.
-Repair or replace the
broken parts.
-Replace the nozzle.
-Work at the rated voltage
as the instruction manual.
Spray water beads. -Below operating
temperature.
-Steam condensed in the
hose.
- The nozzle is too far
away from the item and
the steam condenses.
-Turn on with the max
pressure (digital
displaying “5”). Wait for
the heating light to go off
and operate.
-Step the pedal to drain
out the condensed water
- The nozzle should be as
close to the item as
possible while using.
The light indicates lack
of water, but the machine
does not pump water.
-The pressure in the
boiler is too high.
-The water pump is
damaged.
-Press the pedal to release
the pressure.
-Replace the accessories.
