Application
-Cleaning of high quality is the premise for quality assurance of electroplate on the
jewelry surface. DS series steam cleaner is especially suitable for cleaning all kinds of
ornaments with complicated design. Ornaments cleaned by steam will better
guarantee the adhesion and brightness of electroplate when plated.
-DS series steam cleaner can generate steam of high pressure to ensure the touch
between the steam and each angle of inlaid products. Steam cleaning can quickly
reach every part of the inlaid structure, so as to remove stains from each dead space
and instantly restore all kinds of jewels to their beauty and luster.
-DS series steam cleaner use steam as cleaning medium instead of water to ensure the
effect of environmental cleaning. It has the function of high pressure and high
temperature cleaning which is not included in usual cleaning, and can quickly peel off
the polishing wax that remains on the surface and dead space of the ornaments.
Operating Method
1. Plug in the power socket, turn on the main power switch on the machine back. The
power button indicator lamp blinks, the pressure window show “ -”, the cleaner is in
standby state.
2. Touch the power button once, if the steam boiler water level is not full of water, and
the pressure is “0”, then the automatic water adding program will be started, and the
water adding will stop after the full water alarm, the start is complete.
3. When the steam cleaner is started, the power button and steam pressure adjustment
button indicator light keep on, pressure window show the set pressure value; when the
pressure not arrive the set pressure value, the heating indicator show the red light,
