Troubleshooting:
Problem
Possible Reasons
Solutions
No
power/display
does not turn
on
The plug is not connected properly
Check power supply and plug
The socket has no power
Check socket and power supply
The POWER button was not pressed
Press the POWER button
The fuse is broken
Replace the fuse
Turns off
If irregular current is output to the
speakers, the unit turns off for power
surge protection.
Check the cable connections and
turn the unit back on
No sound
Incorrect input source selected
Select the correct source
according to the connection
setup
Cables not connected properly
Make sure the cables are
connected correctly
The sound has been muted or the
master volume is turned down
Press the MUTE button to
unmute or increase the volume
