Ensurethatmainsvoltageandfrequencyarethesameasthosestatedontheratingplate attached
totheappliance. Ensurethatthesupplysockethasthefollowingcharacteristics:
Ensurethatthereisnodangerofexplosion(AD)
intheroom. . TheconnectingcabletotheapplianceisH05VVF,designedforinternaluse.For
installationinanyotherenvironments,itwillbenecessarytochangethecablewiththeappropriatetype
(forexampleH07VVFforexternaluse). .Ifduringtransportorstoragetheappliancehasbeenplaced
bymistakeinahorizontalpositionorhasbeenturnedupsidedown,leaveforatleastthreehoursinthe
correctpositionbeforeswitchingonthepowersupply. .Connecttheplug(donotusethree-way
adaptersandreductionadapters)(seefigure7).

shelves(max.10kgpershelfand40kgperhook)andwithsufficientspaceforcoldaircirculation. The
compressorisonandtheCOMP ledison,iftheinternaltemperatureishigherthanthatsetonthe
thermostat.
Switchofftheelectricitysupply. Removetherefrigeratedgoodsandstoreinasuitablyrefrigerated
place. .Leavethedooropenordefrostcompletely. .Removetheplugfromthebottomofthe
appliance. Donotusepointedmetaltoolstoremovetheicefromtheevaporator. .Drywithcare. .
Leavetheappliancetodrywiththedooropenbeforerestarting. .Emptythedriptrayunderthecabinet
(seefigure9).
Checkforiceandfrostontheevaporatorfins. .Shouldthelayeroffrostbetoothick,andicedripsare
notedthatcouldimpairpassageofair,completedefrostingshouldbeundertaken. .Openthedoorand
removethegoods,leavingthedooropen. Waitfortheicetothawandrefrainfromusingpointedmetal
toolstoremovetheice. .Leavetheappliancetothedrywithdooropenbeforerestarting.
.Openthedoor. Takeholdofthemagneticgasketandpullitoutoftheframe. Insertthenew
gasketandpressitfirmlydownallaround(seefigure10).
