e How to remove the front panel and sub-panel

1. Remove the cabinet and front panel. [See Fig. 1]
2. Remove each switch P. C. B. attached to the front
panel. [See Fig. 2]
3. Release the 5 claws at the top and the 4 claws at
the down of the sub panel, and then remove the
front panel asland as in Fig. 3.

contro! buttons
1. Remove the front panel and sub-panel.
[See Fig. 3]
2. Shift the slide knob to the left-hand end, then
remove it by using the pliers etc. wrapped with
cloth. [Fig. 4—1]
e How to remove the 3 input selector knobs
1. Remove the front panel and sub-panel.
(See Fig. 3]
2. Remove the 3 knobs by pushing then from inside
the sub-panel by using of a screwdriver or the like.

e How to remove the volume control button
1. Remove the front panel and sub-panel.
[See Fig. 3]
2. Release the sub-panel claw in the direction of
arrow ©, and pull it out toward the back of sub-
panel. Remove it by using a blade screw driver
wrapped with cloth. [Fig. 4-3]
e How to remove the power amplifier IC [Fig. 5]
1. Remove the 4 set screwes [ Fig. 5: Q@ ~ ®] on
the chassis and then remove the main P. C. B. with
heat sink from the chassies.

3. Remove the 2 set screwes [Fig 5: @ , ® |
used to secure the power IC on the heat sink, and
then pall the power IC.

Note:
When
mounting
the
power
IC,
apply
silicone
compound
or
equivalent
heat
diffuser
to
the
rear
side
of
power
IC,
and
then
follow
the
step
1
~

reversely.
