Removing the speakers
1. Remove the mounting screws for the rear board of the
speaker box (@ 4 pcs. and @ 10 pcs.).
¢ Be careful that the speaker box does not fall off,
since it comes free of the L-shaped bracket of the
stand.
2. Remove the mounting nuts for the 16 cm speakers @
4 pcs. each).
3. Remove the mounting screws for the 6.5 cm speakers
(@ 4 pcs. each).

1. Remove the pedal assembly from the pedal box.
2. Disassemble the pedal assembly as shown in Fig. 9.

1. Remove the keyboard assembly (see step [4)).
2. To release the key claw.
@ Press the front of the key downward slightly.
@® Press the rear of the key forward gently.
3. To remove the key, lift it as shown in Fig. 10.
NOTE:
¢ The key claw is easily broken. Do not apply undue
force. Should a key claw break, it can still be used;
however, a replacement is recommended.
« Ifa black key is to be replaced, it is necessary to re-
move both adjacent white keys.

. Insert the front part of the key into the chassis.
insert the plate spring into the hammer notch as
shown in Fig. 11.
While slowly lowering the key into the chassis, insert
the plate spring into the notch at the rear of the key.
Carefully insert the key into the opening in the chas-
sis and slide the key towards the rear to lock it in
