Access the menu when no disc is
in the player or when a disc is stopped.

OPERATION
Ensure that all system connections are secure and correctly
made. Plug the TV into the mains (along with the hi fi unit if used).
Ensure the mains ON/OFF switch of the DVD 105 is in the
extended (OFF) position
Plug the player into the mains and switch the mains on.
Switch on the TV (and the hi fi if used).
Set the TV set to its input (Refer to the TV user manual)
Depress the ON/OFF switch on the DVD 105 front panel. A
welcome screen with the DVD logo will appear on the TV.
Your TV set will probably
have multiple AV inputs: Scroll through these until the welcome
screen appears.
With the exception of the ON/OFF switch, all the front panel
controls of the DVD 105 are duplicated by the handset and are
covered in the Operation sections of this manual.

SETTING UP THE DVD105 PLAYER
If you are using the SCART connection and your only language requirement is English, the DVD 105 is virtually set up and you need to alter
few settings but it is useful to familiarise yourself with how your player works. If you wish you can skip this section and proceed to Page 8.
