Practical Cooking Advice
This appliance will allow you to cook any type of food in the best
possible way. With time you will learn to make the best use of this
versatile cooking appliance. The following directions are only a
guideline which may be varied according to your own personal
experience.
Preheating
If the oven needs to be preheated, remove any food or other items
from the oven. Set the Gas Thermostat Knob to the desired
cooking temperature.
If you want to preheat the oven to a specific temperature, wait til
the Oven Temperature Indicator Light stops illuminating. Once the
light stops illuminating, it means that the oven has reached the
selected temperature.
Multi shelf cooking
Only use one shelf at a time, otherwise the heat distribution will be
uneven. If you want to cook food on several shelves, cook the food
that requires the most heat near the top of the oven and the food
that requires the least heat near the bottom of the oven.
