12.2.2 Pausing/freeze frame
> To pause playback of a recording (freeze frame), press the Pause/Play buon
during playback.
> Press the Pause/Play buon again to resume playback from the same
location.
12.2.3 Fast forward and rewind
To get to a specific place in a recording, your DVR hasFast Forward and Rewind
functions.
> Press theFast forwardorRewindbuon during playback. “Fast forward ▶▶”
or
“Rewind ◀◀” appears. The recording is played back at 4x the speed in the
selected direction.
> Press the Fast forward or Rewind buon again and the speed increases to
16 times normal speed. “Fast forward ▶▶▶” or “Rewind ◀◀◀” appears.
> Press the Fast forward or Rewind buon one more time and the speed
increases to 64 times normal speed. “Fast forward ▶▶▶▶” or
“Rewind ◀◀◀◀” appears.
> Pressing the Fast forward or Rewind buon again causes you to jump
forwards or backwards in 10 minute increments.
> When you get to the place you want in the recording, you can return to
normal playing mode by pressing thePause/Playbuon.
12.2.4 Stopping playback
> Press the Stop buon to stop playback. Playback is ended and the device
reverts to normal mode. In doing so the device "takes note" of the place in the
recording where playback ended. If you start playing this recording again, it
will automatically resume at the point where you previously le o.
13 Soware update via USB interface
In addition to the automatic soware updates via the Internet, you have the option
of updating the device's soware via the USB interface.
To be able to run the soware update via the USB interface, you first need
to download the current soware version from the TechniSat homepage
(www.technisat.de).
The update can be performed using a standard USB flash stick which has
been formaed in the FAT32 format.
