10.5 Scan seings
In this menu item it is possible to set the sensitivity of the scan.
> Open MENU > [Scan seing] and press the SCROLL/SELECT knob.
> Select whether the scan should only stop for stations with a strong signal
[Strong Stations Only] > [YES] or for all stations (including stations with a
weak signal) > NO.
With the [NO] seing, the scan stops automatically upon detecting
each available station. This can result in weak stations being played with
background noise.
> Press the SCROLL/SELECT knob to save.
10.6 Audio seings
> Open MENU > [Audio seing] and press the SCROLL/SELECT knob.
> Select the [Mono only] > [NO] item to play back in stereo or only in mono
sound (> [YES]) when the FM reception is weak.
> Confirm the seing by pressing the SCROLL/SELECT knob.
10.7 Saving FM stations to a memory slot
The programme memory can save up to 30 stations in the FM range.
> First, select the station you want to save.
> In order to store this station on a memory slot, hold down the PRESET buon
during playback until [Save favourite] appears on the display. Then use the
SCROLL/SELECT knob to select a favourites memory slot (1 - 30). Press the
SCROLL/SELECT knob to save it.
> Repeat this process to save additional stations.
10.7.1 Retrieving FM stations from a memory slot
> To retrieve a station that you have stored in the favourites memory, press the
PRESET buon briefly and select a station slot (1 - 30) using the SCROLL/
SELECT knob. Press the SCROLL/SELECT knob to play the station.
If no station is saved in the selected station slot, [(empty)] appears on the
display.
