Using the equipment
Handgrips (B) should be chest high. Adjust the seat height by sitting on it and
lifting lever (A) under the front of the seat. Body weight is sufficient to lower the
seat; to raise it, on the contrary, you must stand up.
Select the workload with pin (C).
Rest your back flat against the backrest.
Push the easy start foot bar (D) with your right foot, then grasp handgrips ( B).
Holding the handgrips symmetrically, and using the indentations provided to
ensure this, let go of easy start foot bar (D) and place your feet on the floor spread
your legs for greater stability.
