Function Description:
The Teclast Tbook is a versatile 2-in-1 Tablet PC designed to offer the functionality of both a tablet and a laptop, running on the Windows operating system. It is equipped with a touchscreen interface and a physical keyboard, allowing users to switch between touch-based tablet mode and keyboard-driven PC mode as needed. The device supports various applications and tasks commonly performed on a Windows computer, making it suitable for productivity, entertainment, and communication.
Usage Features:
- First Boot Up Guide: Upon initial startup, the device guides the user through selecting the system language, setting the time zone, connecting to a Wi-Fi network, and entering user name and device information.
- Automatic Windows Activation: The Windows operating system on the Teclast Tbook can be automatically activated by connecting the device to the internet, simplifying the setup process.
- Power Button Functions:
- Turning On/Off: A 3-second press of the power button turns the device on when it's off.
- Screen On/Off: A short press of the power button turns the screen on or off when the device is already on.
- Power Off Interface: A 3-second press of the power button when the device is on provides access to the power off interface.
- Forced Power Off: A 10-second press of the power button forcibly powers off the device.
- Volume Control: Dedicated Volume+ and Volume- buttons allow for easy adjustment of the speaker volume.
- Status Bar Indicators:
- Battery Power Display: Shows the current battery level and allows users to set screen brightness and switch to power save mode. In power save mode, the system automatically controls screen brightness.
- WiFi Signal Strength: Indicates the strength of the Wi-Fi connection and provides options to set Wi-Fi connection and switch flight mode on/off. When flight mode is active, Wi-Fi connection is automatically turned off.

- Battery Optimization: The new battery achieves its best performance after two to three full charge and discharge cycles.
- Data Backup Recommendation: Users are advised to regularly back up important personal data, especially before performing firmware upgrades, to prevent data loss.
- Charging for First Use: Before using the device for the first time, it is recommended to charge the battery for 30 minutes before turning it on.
- Long-Term Storage: If the product will not be used for a long time, it should be fully recharged every 3 months and then powered off. For first use after a long period, a 30-minute charge may be required before the charging status is indicated.
- Factory Reset: If the system becomes unstable or system files are damaged, a factory reset can be performed. This involves navigating to "Update & security" > "Recovery" > "Reset the PC." Users can choose "Remove everything" for a full device format. It is crucial to connect the device to the charger before performing a factory reset.
- Approved Accessories: Only use the battery, charger, and accessories approved by the manufacturer to avoid violating warranty regulations or potential dangers.
- Environmental Precautions: Avoid using the device in environments with high temperatures, low temperatures, humidity, dust, powerful magnetic fields, or prolonged exposure to sunlight.
- Physical Damage Prevention: Avoid strong impacts and splashing water on the device to prevent physical damage.
- No Disassembly: The device is of high precision, and users should not attempt to disassemble, repair, or modify the product themselves, as this may lead to product breakage, electric shock, or fire.
- System Installation Warning: The default system is Windows 10 Home. Installing non-Teclast official Windows or Linux systems (such as Lunux, Unix, or other Windows versions) is not recommended, as it may cause the device to fail to boot up.
