How to fix Tecma Nano ECO Toilets when it does not flush?
    • S

If your Tecma toilet isn't flushing well or at all, first empty the waste tank. A full tank can prevent proper flushing. Also, check for any clogs at the pump inlet and clear them, avoiding flushing foreign objects. A solid object in the macerator can also cause this issue; disable the power and carefully try to remove the object. Finally, ensure the toilet supply voltage is correct (12V+/-2V or 24V+/-2V) and that voltage drop during maceration is less than 10%, otherwise, there may be a wiring problem.

If water isn't entering the bowl during the flush or water add cycle of your Tecma toilet, check that the water supply line is properly connected and not kinked. Also, ensure the water pump is receiving power by checking the fuse/circuit breaker and electrical connections. Verify the main water supply is turned on. Lastly, if applicable, make sure the solenoid is correctly plugged into the relay module.

Why does the bowl drain dry after flush in Tecma Toilets?

If the bowl of your Tecma toilet drains dry after flushing, it's likely due to water siphoning out because the discharge hose is pulled down. Straighten the hose so that the top of the discharge hose is aligned with the toilet nozzle to resolve this issue.
