4 TESTING CYCLE
! CAUTION: This tester uses compressed air.
The operator must be protected against possible damage caused by
the accidental detachment of parts under pressure of the product to be
tested.
The tested product must conform with the binding requirements (ex.
directive "Simple pressure tanks").
4.1 Leak test cycle with three phases
4.1.1 Operating principle
% WARNING: The operator must carry out the test after ensuring that the supply
pressure adjustment is optimal (see point 6, par. 2.2).
The inlet pressure in particular must be maintained constant to allow a
good adjustment of the test rated pressure.
Before starting the testing cycle, it is necessary to set the operative
parameters of the "TEST TABLES" menu (see par. 6.3) and of the
"CONFIGURATION AND OPTIONS" menu (see par. 6.4).
The test cycle starts after receiving a START command.
