Appliance does
not start.
Door is not closed properly.
Close the door properly and
restart.
Safety protection is activated.
Disconnect the power and
restart.
Water leakage
Connections are not tight
enough.
Check and fasten the water inlet hose.
Check and clean the outlet hose.
Detergent residues
in the detergent drawer
Detergent is damp and/or
clotted.
Clean and wipe the detergent drawer
dry.
Indicator or display
does not work.
PC board or harness have
connection problems.
Switch off the power and check if the
mains plug is connected properly.
Abnormal noise
Transit bolts are still in place.
Check if the transit bolts have been
removed.
Floor is not solid or level.
Make sure the appliance is installed on
a solid and level floor.
Press the tab on the cover to
open the cover.
Remove the filter by turning it
anticlockwise.
Remove any extraneous matter
from the filter.
After cleaning, replace the filter by
turning it clockwise until it is in place.
Close the cover until a click is heard.
