7.10 Checks and inspections
7.10.1 Mechanical checks
• Grease sliding seats of blocks placed under platforms and on bases;
• Clean all parts of the machine;
7.10.2 Electrical checks
• Connections as per diagrams;
• Lift grounding;
7.10.3 Hydraulic system check
• Proper oil level in the tank;
• No leakage and blow-by;
• Cylinder operation.
7.11 Set up and adjustments
7.11.1 Load less check
Carry out two or three complete cycles of lowering and lifting and check:
• the lift for reaching its maximum height;
• the horn/signaling light for proper operation during the nal travel (only recessed
version).
WARNING: please follow carefully the instructions in the coming
paragraph for avoiding damages on the lift.
7.11.2 Check with load
Repeat checks provided for by 7.11.1 section with the vehicle loaded.
7.11.3 Bolts and nuts check
After carrying out the checks with load, make a visual inspection of the machine and check
bolts and nuts for proper tightening.
