7.7 Pneumatic system connection
Connect the pneumatic pipe coming from the hydraulic unit to the sleeve unit located on
the pipe that supplies the cylinder lifting the mechanical safeties on the lift.
Connect the hydraulic unit to a pneumatic supply.
Important. for the proper operation of the lift,
7.8 Electrical system connection
To operate the hydraulic unit, and therefore the lift, it is MANDATORY to fit the correct
plug on the supply cable located on the hydraulic unit.
It is forbidden to modify the electrical connections pre-set by
frequency other than those indicated on the plate.
Any damage deriving from failure to follow the instructions given
above cannot be charged to the manufacturer and may cause
the warranty to become null and void.
7.9 Start-up
1. Make sure that the working area is not obstructed;
2. Make sure that the power supply voltage of the existing main electrical system is
the same as that of the supplied control unit (230V or 400V);
3. Make sure that voltage arrives to the control unit;
4. Pour oil in the tank (approx. 5 litres);
5. Provide power to the lift using the main switch;
6. Bleed the cylinders keeping the main switch in the up position (pos. 1);
7. After approx. 5 seconds, release the main switch and then press the down button
until the upper runways return to the oor;
8. To bleed the system completely, repeat operations 6 and 7 at least 5 times;
