HEATER INSTALLATION GUIDE
STEP 2
Unscrew and remove ring nut over Heater port. Use cloth to 1
cover the plastic ring nut to prevent damage from pliers.
Remove plug and o-ring from ring nut. 2
Place o-ring over the top of the Heater and push down 3
approximately 3/4 inch to 1 inch onto the Heater.
Insert Heater into heat exchanger until o-ring seats into 4
outlet lip. If you encounter resistance while inserting the
Heater, gently turn the Heater and apply very slight force.
Put ring nut over quartz sleeve and o-ring. Tighten to seal. 5
Use channel lock pliers or similar to insure there is no leak.6
