  If your TEFAL Steam Cleaner isn't producing steam, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the appliance is correctly plugged in and switched on, and then wait about 15 seconds for steam to become available. If the water level is too low, unplug the appliance and refill it. Also, the steam pump may need priming; press the steam trigger continuously for a few seconds to start steaming. If you're using the appliance for the first time, this priming action is also necessary. Finally, make sure the steam head is fully unfolded and locked, as this allows the steam trigger to be pressed.
