If you do not wish to put the plates
in the dishwasher, use some hot
water and some washing-up
liquid to wash them, then rinse
thoroughly to remove all residue.
Dry them gently with a paper
towel.
Do not use metal scouring pads,
steel wool or abrasive cleaners to
clean any part of the grill or
cooking plates, use only nylon or
non-metallic cleaning pads
suitable for non-stick surfaces.
