• Cut in half lengthway and remove seeds

• Coat or brush the aubergine slices with oil for the best
cooking results.
TOMATO
• Use round tomatoes
• Use tomatoes that are not too ripe
• Cut in half widthways
• For optimal cooking, place the rounded side of the
halved tomato on the bottom plate of the grill.
