Bread with seeds
Ingredients
Water 30°С 420 mL Flour from brown rice* 40 gm
Dry gluten free yeast (2) 2 tsp Gluten free mix* 340 gm
Salt 1 tsp Corn akes** 15 gm
Quinoa broken in blender* 40 gm Sesame seeds** 35 gm
Place the ingredients in the basin in the order indicated.
Ingredients indicated by a star (*) should be mixed beforehand and sifted. Mix the ingredients
indicated by (**) and add them to the basin, or 75 gm of seed mixture for bread (sunower
seeds, ax seeds, millet, sesame seeds, or poppy seeds). Place the ingredients indicated by (2)
in the corresponding dispenser.
Choose the correct programme, set the level of browning and press START.
Bread with sun-dried tomatoes
Ingredients
Water 30°С 380 mL Quinoa broken in blender* 40 gm
Olive oil 40 mL Cornmeal* 40 gm
Herbes de Provence 3 tsp Gluten free mix* 340 gm
Dry gluten free yeast (2) 2 tsp Sun-dried tomatoes 100 gm
Salt 1 tsp
Mix the ingredients in the basin in the order indicated. Ingredients noted by a star (*) should
be mixed beforehand and sifted. Place the ingredients indicated by (2) in the corresponding
dispenser. Choose the correct programme, set the level of browning and press START. Dry
out the sun-dried tomatoes a little by soaking up surplus oil with a napkin. After the you
hear the signal, add the ingredients indicated by (**) to the basin.
Brioche

Whipped eggs* 4 4
Salt* 1 tsp 1 tsp
Sugar* 90 gm 90 gm
Melted butter* 140 gm 140 gm
Gluten free mix 400 gm 400 gm
Instant yeast (2) 2 tsp 2 tsp
Place the ingredients in the basin in the order indicated. Mix the ingredients indicated by (*)
in advance.
Place the ingredients indicated by (2) in the corresponding dispenser. Choose the correct
