Instant dry yeast (2) 1 tsp
Wheat our 320 gm
Salt 1 tsp
Place the water, our and salt in the basin in the order indicated. Place the ingredients with the designation (2) in the
corresponding dispenser. Stop the programme after 29 minutes and let it sit for 1 hour at 20°С, and then place it for 24
hours in the refrigerator at 4°С.
Tip: dough can be saved up to 48 hours.
